I’ll be thinking of you in 5 weeks time…
respect. Couldnt do it.
Teacher I agree, just the thought of it makes me feel a little sick. Catering, that is where I wish I had stayed rather than going into accounts. Love cooking, love giving great customer service.
Feel sorry for teachers. When I was at school our teachers were hard bastards who had been through the war and used to walk around at break time carrying canes. Kids got two of the best on the spot if they misbehaved. You wouldnt dare back chat them. I was a timid little kid who wouldnt say boo to a goose but even I was caned several times. A few years ago I used to go round schools giving presentations for The Guardian and I couldnt believe how badly the children behaved and how little control the teachers had over them. The teachers would sit in on the presentations and let the kids mouth off. We often had to tell them to shut up ourselves.

Don’t. Seriously. I love my job (as do most teachers I know). There’s always some nightmares to deal with but if the school has a decent behaviour policy in place (admittedly, not all do) then it should never be too much of an issue.

Saw this on Sky News this week. US$200,000 a night to take women clubbing. “And sometimes he has sex with the client”.
Work doesn’t get tougher than this.

Good to hear. My neighbour is a teacher and she loves her job too. You do hear some horror stories though.
We have had problems with our drains at work recently and the management company sent out a couple of people, to go down the drains. They had to shift the problem (backlog of poo). Made me feel sick just smelling it!
I didn’t think bros really went down in sewers, I thought that was just movies. I thought they done Dynorods in real life.
Edit: On the other hand, I spose that explains why they’re called manhole covers.
Question for you Bear, why are Manhole covers round?

i think they do down to check out the problem, but them flush it through. Something to do with the slope of the waste, so it just keeps getting clogged up with logs and tissues.
So they fit the holes
