It’s a bit of a nightmare scenario for the security forces, how do you stop people using a car as a weapon without huge human rights issues.

You don’t, it just makes it unstoppable. Anyone can take it up, even if they do not have a liscence. My father always used to say to me that people under estimate the motor vehicle, he said that you were basically in control of a tens of tons killing machine. Ok a little far fetched when talking to someone who was about to learn to drive (me), but he was not to far off the mark in hindsight!
A lone nutter cannot be stopped - that is the problem, we can only tackle this through education.
Thankfully these people are usually disorganised fuckwits.
If they stuck a rocket launcher through the side of the Commons or derailed a train going into Waterloo, that would be a proper attack.
But this is a just a misguided loser murdering four innocent people, let’s not support any theory that he’s some sort of master criminal martyr who brought the UK to its knees.

Ok, that’s really true mate, and it seems to be now the most effective way of killing … It’s awful, but it’s easier to make a device or run around with a gun/knife. Just drive into targets. There’s already loads of email communication where they discussed the efficacy of killing people by car/truck.
Moped would be better in traffic but less effective

Seriously though, I am really surprised that sporting stadia are not targeted more. You have thousands of people together in one place. Also the policing at football is fucking substandard at best.
Or a taxi rank in Carlisle on a Saturday night, there always seems to be hundreds of people all in a nice pissed line! Would not know what has hit them!
I just do not understand a bridge in London, with a few people on it. Might as well have driven up Oxford Street! I suppose it was supposed to have penatrated Westminster… yeah, because these are no armed responses around that area! Jeez!

Jesus…nuclear power stations aren’t found in the middle of big cities, so I wouldn’t need to worry about traffic congestion. Therefore, if taking out a power station, I’d use a truck. If being a twat in the city centre, I’d use moped. I wouldn’t even wear a helmet.
