We have had some secreto iberico delivered today - was supposed to be frozen but I guess the heat overcome the dry ice and they were starting to thaw when they turned up this evening
Tomorrow I get to BBQ some of the best tasting pork on the planet
With family visiting I have to meet expectations. Asian tomorrow then another bbq Thursday.

I can wholly recommend Giggling Squid restaurant in Brighton if you like Thai Food.
Also had surprisingly tasty vegan meal at Erpingham House last night.

I had visitors over for lunch on Thursday - served them slow roast wild boar. Highly recommended.
Scallops with bacon and mash potatoes at Otelloâs across the road is good too.
After a week of cooking for visiting family (and they expect high standards ) a simple pan-fried hake with a few chips (home-made, air fryer) was pure Bliss.
