On way back from it. Fulham fans were deathly quiet. Our lot were decent.
Their fans after the game moaning about resting players: “we have nothing else to play for and it’s not as if Saints are shit, FFS”.

Decent performance and win that. Impressed how we can now play on the break. Russball would have had us fannying about at the back for yet another fruitless, patient build up, but Tondaball worked nicely. Player improvement is becoming tangible now, which is great if we can get ourselves up again.

Our game sandwiched between efl final and 1st leg qtr final for CL ( if arse beat Leverkusen ). Interesting to see how Arteta sets up for it.

Did not do that very well at Fulham though
Good draw. Bound to get knocked out. We can’t afford any more rearranged games or we have to play 4 games in a week you lot will never be able to get to a semi at Wembley. All is good.
