Now, you have one bloke in the studio saying defiantly a penalty and the other sayin no way. How the hell is a referee supposed to make up his mind. This s one of the many grey areas in football. Just make it clear cut, ball hits your hand then it is handball. Same as in hockey, if it hits your foot then it is a free hit.
For me, no pen under the current rules, as he was not looking at the ball and it did not stop a goal or the ball going goal bound, or going to a team mate.
