Bumrah to Stokes, OUT
bowled him!! The off stumps is flattened, as Bumrah leaves Stokes surprised. I think the ball kept a little low there, but it is what it is. Bumrah, while angling it in from around the wicket, bowls this short on off or thereabouts. The ball shapes back in a little, and Stokes, who was looking to fend at it, is beaten. There was enough gap between bat and pad for the ball to jag through, as it hit the top of off

And Root gone, inside edge onto stumps, Bumrah (the Ever Living) getting the ball to do things.

Bumrah to Root, OUT
wow, Bumrah is
bowlingBazzing England away this morning!! It the middle stump this time after it was Stokesā off stump last over. Bumrah bowls this full and just about outside off. Root looks to drive at this, but is seemingly a little late, and ends up getting an inside edge. The middle stump is upRooted, as Root falls for 104. Bumrah has two early, and India are into the lower order nowJoe Root b Bumrah 104 (199b 10x4 0x6) SR: 52.26
Woakes gone for a duck, thin edge to the keeper, Bumrah again!!
271-7
Bumrah to Woakes, OUT
beaten first ball!! Bumrah and co go up in appeal for caught behind⦠and Bumrah says it could be the bat if you heard something. So Gill reviews. Bumrah bowled this from wide of the crease, and on a fullish length around eighth stump. The ball looked to have straightened after landing, as Woakes went for a slash. Rather, it only seemed like a half-hearted poke. And, and⦠UltraEdge shows a spike!! So Bumrah is on a hat-trick.

Siraj must surely win IDIOT OF THE YEAR award
The new ball is bending & bouncing round cotners so HE asks to change it
And gets given a pudding used in about 5 rainy Village Cricket matches and had been lost in the lane for the winter.

Stokes to Nair, OUT
well taken by Root!! One-handed at first slip. That was snatched barely milimetres off the turf. The third umpire will have a look, though, even as Root says he has taken it cleanly. Yup, the first replay does indicate that itās clean. The ball died into his fingers as he threw his left hand out. The third umpire ācan see fingers under the ballā, and gives it out. Nair walks back after yet another solid start amid cries of āRoooootā at Lordās. Stokes bowled it on the shorter side of a length, and had Nair squared up by the ball seaming away after being angled in. The ball finished just outside off, and as Nair looked to block, he ended up getting an outside edge
