⚰ Death

I picked up a Paddington Bear book in a book market in Lima, Peru. Had to be done. Love Paddington.

I’m still hoping it will be alright on the night

I alway check this thread to make sure I’ve made it through the night…big thumbs up from myself…not so good for Barry Norman RIP.

I remember him reviewing a film called Mahogany. He said the name was supposed to evoke an image of something warm, dark and brown. He then said he could think of a more appropriate name. RIP

Now there was a good presenter - authoritative but easy on the ears.

Nice bloke.

Grotbags is dead.

This one has truly upset me. She scared and entertained me in the 80’s. She was a very weird green figure with an evil laugh. Weird to put my finger on it, but to a 8/9 year old she was scary in an odd way and on my tv every day!!

From the sublime to the ridiculous. That bastion of FIFA integrity, Chuck Blazer, has popped his clogs. Sad news… for somebody, I guess.

Saw that & my only reaction was that he’d escaped proper punishment.

All those FIFA crooks deserved 20 years hard labour imho.

George A Romero, inventor of zombies has shuffled off this mortal coil.

Or has he???

The curtain has come down on actor Martin Landau, aged 89.

If his family have learned anything, they’ll destroy the brain.

A big RIP. His daughter Juliet follows Sotonians.

No idea if she’s a Saints fan.
