Was at Salisbury Bus Station on way home from school one night.
Bought the Echo. In a very small box in the classified ads it said Blondie in concert Village Bowl, tickets on sale 8pm or something.
Jumped in first car, hurtled down, queued, got 2 tickets in a small venue.

It was a warm up gig for their 1st official concert in UK literally a week’s notice.
They made their 1st Totp the same trip.

Couldn’t believe it happened.

2nd time in the sandpit she still had it
3rd time Glasto - her voice had gone

I saw them at Bournemouth, early 80s. At their peak they were a seriously good band, and Debbie was absolutely gorgeous. She had very small tits by the way.

Saw Blondie at Hammersmith Palais in '79 (ish), front row of the circle. The bloke behind us had a pair of binoculars.

My thoughts exactly. Pleased that immediately afterwards the Pope gave his last public address condemning those who attack immigrants.

How either Tump or Vance can claim to be Christian defeats me. Being Christian is supposed to mean you embrace Christian values, which they don’t.

I’m a Humanist, but I would say I display far more Christian values than those disgusting obnoxious animals

Trump is determined that the US reflects his own personal values…both Financially and Morally Bankrupt.
On those counts he seems to be doing very well.
