Liverpool is a brilliant place but has such a complex about itself it needs to shout from the rooftops how good it is as it seems to want to compete with Brum, Londothe gn and Manchester, that will never happen and it just needs to do its own thing and people will see it for what it is, they aren’t idiots it’s an amazing city.
The grand by street residents had to help themselves whilst the council was putting on a boat show, that sort of tells you where their priorities lie. The tourist.

They could have spent some money on the Edge Lane entrance to the City, investment spreads outwards but some of the Cities wards seem to get things an awful lot quicker than others and some get nothing, a small example is the parents round here complained that the pavement had no protection from the cars along Aigburth Road (it didn’t), within a month or so railings were put up for a considerable distance probably for a massive cost, this has been an issue on Park Road in the Dingle for years and guess what?
Certain areas are more valuable than others, even in this City we haven’t learnt its divisive and wrong.
