He’s a fat, gobby, “sports journalist” who looks like the last time he played any sport was before his balls dropped.
I once got an apology out of him for taking him to task on plagiairism.

Could explain why he is often so negative towards us.
Defo Rupert who sued him and won.
Hence the bile he lobs our way
Either Jack truly is full of Schitt or he has gone and got himself a sense of humour!
Ah… actually looked closer and it’s an imposter/blag account! My bad.
For one second I shit myself.
SACKED
GONE!
Claude is no more.
Is this the start of the Norwegian blue sketch?
Come on now ladies, I know you want to line and say how good I am. I’ll ask SOS for a quote but I know its true…
Not until we get Bert in.
If we’d finished the season strongly…he’d still be here.
Sad but ultimately inevitable after all the media clamour.
So do we get a new kit and new manager tomorrow?
Touchel wearing the new kit possibly?
Unfortunately Barry, we’ll never know if you were right. Such a shame, but seeing as he’s gone i’ll agree.
Thomas, Sam or Bert?
Those names would depend on our aspirations, Sam definitely at the lower end.
Lower, but maybe not lowest.
Big Sam is a tactical genius.
He beat Spurs at WHL without playing a striker
I do feel for the guy as he didn’t do too bad a job but for me, the main argument in defence of him staying: “we-need-continuity-and-to-give-him-a-decent-chance-at-a-second-season-and-see-what-he-can-do-from-there”, was nullified by the fact that as the season went on, barely anything really changed.
Our weaknesses going forward were still there for all to see. We played boring, direct football as we kept trying to bypass our often fairly uncoordinated midfield (which was still as uncoordinated at home to Hull as much as it was against Be’er Sheba earlier in the season) and we more-or-less just muddled along, doing OK-ish as we have an OK-ish team, but not really developing or improving on anything.
In the end, I just didn’t really see what kind of a plan we had moving into the future.
Fuck it. It’s done now. We’ll never be able to see a controlled study of Saints in 17/18 under Puel and Saints in 17/18 under whoever the next manager is so mays well move on.
So whatever. King’s dead long live the blablabla. Let’s get behind the new gaffer.
Feel for Claude. Not ideal having to play second string CBs for a chunk of the season and losing Austin for so long. Still, as the blogger said, it probably wasn’t so much about last season as not being able to change things next season. I wish him well in his next job.
