I have google and a Hoopoe is a kind of Bird, and Mott of course is a slang verb for cunnilingus, so overall a v.sexual & interesting name/boast about licking out birds, which is entirely within my Field of Interest

A “Hoopoe” dear young Bearsy (Beardy) is a glass-fibre hoop very popular with pre-pubescent girls around 1959-1960. They were better known as “Hula Hoopoes”…Google it.

Many thanks for the welcomes. I was such a big fan of 70s glam rock (well, maybe not), but the constant poop poop of the local hoopoes, either that or indeed inebriation, caused a typo. Innocently hadn’t thought about the gyrating schoolgirls (honest, Officer), but maybe it’s a better pseudo than Motting the pretentious Kooples.

I only came across Fresh Saints a few months ago and it’s become a favourite of mine. Their blogs are always well written with, as you say Bob, a well balanced and sensible take on things.
