I’ve been one of the more vocal RM critics on here but I have to say he’s not the deluded, dogmatic and inflexible manager I feared we had appointed.
I’ve yet to warm to the style but there were some lovely passing moves yesterday and we looked like a decent side in the first half. Fuck it, sing when you win!
I agree with his post match assessment too.

One thing I noticed is that we are playing more long balls than in the early RM games, so he is prepared to adapt.

I agree and I think with Ross Stewart involved we’ll see more of that. He’s a very good target man apparently.
Hopefully this will allow us to use Sulemana’s pace a bit more.
Bree has stiffened (down @scotty!) the defence up by just defending too.

There were moments yesterday where our passing caused me a squeaky bum, yet those same moments took half their team out the game, and were tbh moments of sheer beauty.
He is getting rid of the fear of playing, yhe confidence is growing (but has shaky moments)
It is great to watch now compared to the turgid shit of last year
