Just looked at the officials for last night’s game. The Assistant VAR ref was the same cunt of a lino who incorrectly flagged offside for Gabbiadini’s goal at wembley.

Someone on the BBC site made the very good point that if it takes over 4 minutes to spot a clear and obvious error then it probably isn’t a clear and obvious error. Let’s be honest, the ball was going behind Armstrong when his heel flicked up, he clearly wasn’t interfering with play, and just look where the keeper was, it was a very poor decision. My take, for what it’s worth is that they were desperately looking to deny us the goal, the upper echelons have decided that Southampton are not worthy of the Premiership and should be relegated.
