He frustrates me so much, but i was also worried that if he came off, Arsenal would get more control of the game.
Shane Long: A player that can keep 3 or 4 of the opposing team busy and run more than all of them put together.
If only he had any idea where the ball would go when he kicked it.
Another frustrating but important role played by Shane.
He’ll score soon(and that’s always a good sign).

On the positive, Liverpool will be right in the thick of their title challenge by then and Mane will still be in hibernation.

Mane will be in Gabon with Senegal in the ACON when the Semi is due to be played.Boufal will be there as well.
I notice that the media are all saying we managed to beat a second string Arsenal and that they were bad.
Not that we were immense and deserved the win on our attacking display and a defense that was not going to be penetrated by the Arse even if we bent over for them.

I’m not v.keen on the draw. I can already hear the nauseating, biased, sycophant punditry when we play at legendary Anfield stadium second leg.
I’m also bit nervous, cos I promised Barry we would win cup treble, but I was banking on getting a By in the Semis, like Man Utd.

I remember an Arsenal “reserve” side turning us over in the league at The Dell many years ago. I think it was something like 0 - 2. A result against the Arse is nothing to snear about. They are no mugs which ever team they put out, although having said that Wenger didnt seem too bothered about going out when the final whistle went. Bigger fish to fry.
