Lady Slowlane and I went to our God-daughter’s “Baby Shower” yesterday.
Being somewhat naïve in these matters we took along a large plastic bath only to find ourselves the butt of some cruel ridicule. No babies there and then they told us we were supposed to bring a present. So it seems a large pink plastic bath wasn’t suitable.
Why we asked. We had been shown the latest scans and it appeared the little one wasn’t blessed with a penis.
Ah they said, we won’t know what the young one’s sex will be until they are at least 12 years old. That’s the time when the child will decide its sex. 
Why stop at its gender? I can’t see why the child shouldn’t also decide which species they are, perhaps a cat, or a reptile of some sort. Or perhaps some kind of alien being from a planet yet to be discovered, the cornucopia of choice is practically unlimited.
Continue buying pink stuff and when they complain, accuse them of misgendering colours
My grand kids bought me lots of pink shorts for christmas they are fine to wear

Lord Mackenzie of Framwellgate, a non affiliated peer is being accused of misogyny after a speech he made during a law and order debate in the House of Lords, when he told the House that his wife, on a rare visit to London had her credit card stolen. “And I monitored the use of the card and I have to say I didn’t report it to the police because the thief was spending less than she was”. Gales of laughter rang round the Lords, rightly so in my opinion, funny is funny. But he has fallen foul of some of the right on brigade who are saying his comment was shameful misogyny. Fuck Off!
