The only time I’ve ever felt unsafe in a workplace was when I worked with some former army nutjob who would say things like “when I got out of the Army I swore I’d never kill again” and did things like going from 0 to 60 anger-wise.
Apparently staff at the Old Vic felt unsafe about Terry Gilliam directing a play there. Twats.

Soon all artforms will become so bland through fear of offending someone, anyone and it really will get to the stage of “seen one, seen 'em all” and that will be that.
Look at so-called TV comedy these days and it’s mostly panel shows of bastards so bland and boring that David Mitchell comes across as “edgy”.
Thirty years ago, I never thought that one day I’d watch Spitting Image and turn it off halfway through due to sheer boredom.
Spitting Image is one of the better shows.
And to be fair to the new show, the old show had some bad weeks too.
Don’t think South Park will ever have themselves censored again (after the Mohammed episode), so we’ll still have that as a bastion of bad taste/satire.
I love that when South Park : Bigger, Longer and Uncut was nominated for an Academy Award, Matt and Trey attended.
