Was so engrossed in playing it the coach I was meant to be on left me at Leigh Delamare services
Took me a long time to get back to Blackfield from there.

Yie Ar Kung Fu was alright though.
There’s a really good remake available for PC, now remastered. It’s set in an alternate universe where the Soviets and the US have both landed on the moon and are scrapping over it.
Loads more to it than the original, but in very good ways.
I got some arcade joysticks about fourteen years ago on @Korruptor’s recommendation. Cost over a ton, but they’ve served me longer than any other piece of hardware I own.
The left joystick was unresponsive and rattly. Opened it up, found a few loose bolts. We enter year 15. Gloriously mechanical, the only sop to electronics is a small printed circuit board and the connecting wires.
Working like a champ again. Hasn’t helped me better my Donkey Kong score, unfortunately. That game is fucking nails.
