It is bizarre that people manage to avoid custodial sentences down to certain mitigating circumstances such as being the main breadwinner. If the crime warrants a sentence then out people in prison. If it means building more prisons then build more prisons.

I assume with the unregulated way delivery drivers are allowed to work now, and the massive increase in recruitment, this may well be an increasing occurrence as some people use it to allow access where they would not have had it before.
