I’ve found my way to the USA of Trump. No problem getting in, apart from my flight being delayed by over 4 hours with JetBlue(never again) missing connection at JFK. After 2 1/2 hours queue at Heathrow, I was changed to American via Charlotte and got here an hour earlier. Watched England win in local sports bar and going to Busch Gardens for stupid rides tomorrow.
49ers away win Sunday??? and the to SF and finally Houston for the 3rd week. If I can find a plug for the laptop, I’ll send photos.

Finally got to paddle in the Pacific yesterday, at Ocean Beach. Got involved in the tail end of the No Kings Demonstration. I did tell some of them that it was the brother and youngest son that needed extermination.

Just got back from Aus via a few days in Doha
Aus was fantastic and cheap thanks to the exchange rate - again o came away thinking that I could live there
Doha I’m not sure about - if you want somewhere to fly and flop without the insta bullshit of Dubai then this is the place - great hotels / high end restaurants that are reasonable - booze isn’t
taxis are berserkly cheap - apart from the airport run , don’t think we spent more that £3
Went to old Doha port and that was a culture shock - reckon we were the only westerners there
