Back in central Spain. Was beginning to think the coast was a bit on the cool side but weâre in Caceres now (next to the football stadium) and fuck me, itâs hot. 19:30 and 32â°c still.

We are dying here.
Been over 35C all week and no respite.
People are dying from heat exhaustion and stupidly drowning in rivers & lakes.
Poland doesnât do heat & local Isotonic/sports drinks really donât cut it.
Been outside for 10 hours + every day so far - total wreck dreaming of sandpit levels of a/c
No hope the US Supreme Court has just added coals to the fire.
