It is uncanny how Vince ALWAYS finds ways to get out in the 20’s/30’s for England even when not his fault!
So todays follow up question.
Would you pick Jason Roy to open with Cook in the Test matches? or would you bat him further down the order, or not at all?
Did anyone else see the look that Root gave Pandya at the end there.
England needed 2 runs to win, Root needed 4 for his century, Pandya bowled a ball that was so wide it almost ended up in the Rugby ground stands…
If looks could kill Pandya would have a been a little pile of ash on the Headingly wicket!!
Let him open he is not a lot of use down the wicket.
What a ball from Rashid to dismiss Kholi! And the look of near deisbelief on the latter’s face afterwards was brilliant.
