So the maths, as I understand it is that it takes 3600 calories to burn a pound of fat, so over the week you’re looking to remove 3600 (or more) calories from you diet which I guess you’re doing.
But one of the important things about the 5-2 as I understand it, is the body going into ketosis - burning fat for energy on your fasting day.
So if you give yourself lots of energy (calories) on your normal days, then you can inhibit the body going into this mode.
Net you’ll be down the requisite calories bit might not get the results.
I mentioned earlier that getting the balance right when I played football was really difficult.

Only 10/12 - didn’t get the Argentinian or Mexican one.
I think I may have drunk too many types of beer in my life - but not enough from the South American continent. Somewhere to concentrate on next maybe.

That was a bit easy. Even I got 12/12. Some of the labels have the clues. I’ve had a Modelo in the country of origin.
for some reason I got the Thailand one wrong so 11/12 for me.
