Lady Slowlane tried to pay with a card in Romsey this afternoon and the contactless payment wouldn’t complete. Tried it in the card reader, it accepted the pin number but still wouldn’t complete. Tried with another card…same thing happened. In the end we used a desperate measure…no don’t laugh, she used cash. That was accepted.
