What a depressing way to start the year…just heard the “VIP Champagne Room” has been rebranded as “The Prosecco Lounge” I have a bad feeling that the fixtures and fittings will appear on EBay very shortly. :lou_sad: ---

I’m sure it’s bad enough driving there knowing you have to spend 8 hours there, but it must be even worse driving home knowing you have to do it all over again tomorrow ---

I’m doing transfer deadline day for SSN at Stoke on weds 🙁 It the coldest place on earth, yes colder than Antartica. It has it’s own microclimate that renders the local population as angry and slightly resentful that they have to live in Stoke. ---

I saw my first dead person at the N Staffs hospital , when I was vaguely thinking about doing something medical after A levels back in the day when an “open day” actually meant something… Luckily for everyone I didn’t go down that road… ---
