Honey and ginger tea first thing then any old teabags for rest of the day.

Biscuits are an essential part of the process.

I hate coffee, but drink ridiculous amounts of tea. According to my mum I used to steal grown-ups cups of tea when I was 2 so I could have some. I mostly drink green tea nowadays (Clippers Organic is best) but if I can get it proper Chinese Pu’er black tea is delicious. Will still drink normal breakfast tea or Assam if on offer, but not really a fan of herbal teas, they taste too sweet and I don’t like sugar or lemon in my tea either.
