Yes Flahute, you could tell the Liverpool players were well up for it, and to be fair at halftime they prob felt they had a fair shout at a famous giant killing, but the top clubs have always got that little bit extra on the bench to turn things round. That’s why they’re the top clubs. ---

When the second goal went in (near the segregation netting in the Northam) we were taking quite some stick from the Liverpool fans. Giving it the big one, they most certainly were. When Mané slotted in the 3rd a lot of our number bundled towards the away fans. Caught in the rush, when I reached the divide I gave it the full ‘Beattie’ ear-cupping. Rarely have you ever seen a single person so ashen-faced, let alone several blocks of the cunts. Winning gracefully? Not against that lot. ---

I saw a Liverpool fan on Monday and I said very little, I just looked, and he knew… He then started spouting about how they got 6 last time so they are still ahead on aggregate…I didn’t bother to listen after that. Some people are not worthy of a sensible discussion. As we well know. ---

Yep, it was a great game, well a great last 17 minutes. Another 5 and we would have won, Liverpool lost the plot in that game completely and mentally switched off. I was in the archers. It came second to the late late show against Newcastle where we managed to win 3-1 after being 0-1 down with a few minutes left. The Archers where told to sit down, but as one stood up and sang, very loudly, the first goal came shortly afterwards and do we carried on… ---

Yep I was there too, in the Under East stand. Mad celebrations but agree the Newcastle 3-1 was even better / worse.
